About Us
Eco Designs is leading engineering consultancy firm specializing in environmental services with operations across the country. We hold a pioneering status in the Municipal Solid Waste Management sector related to Scientific Landfill, Landfill Bioreactor, Scientific Closure of old dumpsite/ legacy waste for Urban Local Bodies. We’re proud to have designed the first Scientific Landfill and Closure for the Pune Municipal Corporation way back in 2001.
We provide comprehensive services in the Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSWM) sector from Project Conceptualization, Feasibility Study, Detailed Design, Detailed Project Reports, Tender Preparation, Transaction Advisory, Project Management Consultancy, Third Party Inspection, Environment Impact Assessment, etc.
Our key technical managers and engineers have obtained special training and membership on relevant technologies from premier institutions in India and the U.S. in Municipal Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste landfill designs. Dr. A. N. Purandare, father figure of the team has been a member of CPCB Review Committee on MSW 2000 Rules and CPCB Subcommittee on Landfills.

We provide detailed design and drawings for Municipal Solid Waste and hazardous waste landfill sites, closure and post-closure of existing open dumps, processing plants, etc. as per the latest rules. We also undertake site selection of landfill sites as per statutory requirements, Bill of quantity (BOQ) and cost estimation, design of stormwater drainage, leachate analysis, slope stability analysis, land requirement and volume calculation, landfill & closure construction QC/QA
Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for ULB’s including Primary & Secondary collection of waste, Transportation, Processing and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).
Providing Daily and Periodic supervision for all types for Solid Waste Management Project as per requirement.
Our Transaction Advisory services involves, Preparation of Tender documents, Evaluation of tenders and Selection of Contractor/ service provider
